If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In original, unused condition with all parts and accessories
• In original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on installed or used faucets. The product must be in new, uninstalled condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Installed or used faucets
• Items without original packaging or missing parts
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Custom or special-order items

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at returns@yourstore.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Pack & Ship

• Securely pack the item in original packaging
• Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
• Ship to the address provided in your RMA email

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
• Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Wrong Item Sent: We cover all shipping costs and send the correct item immediately

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
3. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
4. No need to return the damaged item - we'll send a replacement right away
